We are updating our calling tree and want to be sure the contact information we have for you is correct. This information will be shared with our Secretary.

I have requested of the Grand Master dispensation to hold a special election during our February meeting for the purpose of electing a new Secretary.

R. W. W. Terence Stephens has stated his interest in becoming the Lodge’s next Secretary, a position he successfully held for some years. Accordingly, Bro. Terry will be nominated.

Our finance committee is presently reviewing the financial position of the Lodge and developing a budget. To date we have determined that it is necessary to withdraw at least 6,160 dollars from invested funds to remain current with our payables. The need for this action is driven primarily by the increase in rent and the fact that some of last year’s rent was paid during this fiscal year. Therefore, at the March meeting we will vote to authorize the Treasurer to withdraw said funds.
